Sabien and Miriam also give “Double Solo Recitals”, where they each play new harp solos, written for us or written no more than fifteen years ago. These include works by Kaija Saariaho, George Aperghis, Martin Schütter, Wilbert Bulsink, …. sHARP is such a Double Solo Recital, developed for the Gaudeamus Music Festival 2014. For this sepcial concerts they will also change the whole concert hall into a harplaboratory showing the newest developements around harp, composition and performance, including work by De Koene Ridders, Thomas Myrmel, Bart de Vrees and Yoshiaki Onishi. sHARP can be booked after sepetember 2014.
